Nokia launches the N79 and N85 smartphones

A week ago Nokia had promised to bring forth 2 new Nseries models and today it has fulfilled its promise launching N85 and N79. N85 is set to replace N81. N85 has upgraded from the 2mp camera of N81 to 5mp and added GPS both for mapping and for geotagging shots. Also it has switched to a 2.6-inch AMOLED screen that should supply richer color and as much as 28 hours of music playback on a single charge.

As for N79, it will probably take place of N78 with its 5mp camera and dual-LED based flash to replacing 3.2mp camera of N78. Other features include GPS, 4GB micro SDHC storage, WiFi, swappable back covers, and a 24-hour music playback battery life. Both of these phones will be released soon most probably next month. Hope I get to use then both for a while… hehe
