Now as I’ve grown into a full-time blogger, I don’t actually have time for coding but to all those who don’t think coding as a boring job might be happy with the news that NetBeans IDE 6.5 is now available for download.

NetBeans is a platform and IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for development of Java desktop applications. And about NetBeans IDE 6.5, it offers simplified and rapid development of web, enterprise, desktop, and mobile applications with PHP, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and Groovy.

Some new features added:

A robust IDE for PHP

JavaScript debugging for Firefox and IE

support for Groovy and Grail

Also NetBeans IDE 6.5 delivers a number of enhancements for Java, Ruby on Rails, and C/C++ development. There is built-in support for Hibernate, Eclipse project import, and compile on save too. So, overall I don’t quite know what this all means but to coders and programming geeks this has to be good news. So, can’t say anything more than enjoy. Download NetBeans IDE 6.5

I don’t spend much of my time in computer games. It’s not that I am not a gamer because I am…I mean I love to play computer games but I really don’t have time to play. All I play is small flash games in my computers but still I’d love to get my hands on Nintendo’s Wii which is gaining big popularity nowadays.
I have heard of other popular gaming consoles like Sony’s PlayStation and Microsoft’s Xbox too but as I am an internet geek and after all the browsing through and surfing in the net, I came to the conclusion that I’d like to have Nintendo Wii rather than its other competing seventh generation consoles PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. The reason needless to say is the Wii Remote (wireless controller), which can be used as a handheld pointing device and detect movement in three dimensions. PS3 and Xbox were the leaders of the game consoles but Wii has gained sudden popularity and given them a big headache.
The game which I am looking forward to play is Wii fit. I have heard a lot about this exercise game which consists of different activities utilizing the Wii Balance Board peripheral and about it probably being the year’s most popular game.
Well, if I need to buy Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS games I know exactly where to go-SaveBuckets.com. At SaveBuckets you can do a thorough price comparison of things you like and save few bucks. So whenever I am out there looking to buy something the first thing I do is look if that product is available at SaveBuckets. After all price is one the main thing everyone worries about.

Well, these sites have certain user management and membership softwares or system to handle data and information provided by the users.

OpenCrypt is also similar user management and membership software but with a difference. It not just manages the users and their membership but also deal with the online shopping and e-commerce related activities in your website so that you get a powerful, customizable and secure software that does membership management along with e-commercial tasks single handed. Moreover you get a centralized control over every small activity.

Now the reason I am calling this software customizable is because there are many templates available with each and every components modifiable according to our needs and most important the software is written in Perl and PHP, ensuring high security, efficiency and stability even under the highest demands. Also there are different anti-hack and password abuse detection tools to prevent unwanted users from gaining access the contents over all making OpenCrypt one of the most flexible, customizable, powerful, secure and of course user-friendly user/membership management software.

I think Google didn’t liked my post and the result as you can see, the PR of this blog is a big “ZERO” now. I don’t know what to say. It hasn’t been even a month Google updated the page ranks and what Google updated the PR again??? Till when will this harassment of Google continue. I don’t understand, one is free to say anything … aren’t we??? I haven’t said any bad words to anyone, so why is Google penalizing me. Google really seems to not like me. Why me, whyyyyy ????

Here is a quote from the my previous post

And Sam’s khatara blog’s PR decreased to 2 from 3. That was that shocking news for all. Sam is still trying to recover from this mental trauma. He’s all drunk nowadays. He used to say it will become PR5 this time…too bad for him. Me I care least about PR nowadays. I think Google’s PR algo suck!!! Even Google doesn’t know what its algorithm is doing. If I meet Google someday, I’ll kick his ass. huhaaaaaa

Seems like when I said I care less about Google’s PR, my man Google thought I really didn’t needed any so it ceased my PR. If it is so, then have it your way Google. But the way you are doing this and if this continues, I think I should start an anti-google blog .

I am a big fan of Mig33 software. It’s nothing but an IM just like MSN or Yahoo messenger but has some other extra features too. One of the fascinating things about mig33 chat rooms is that we can kick other user which is only if certain number of people agrees for the kick. But the problem is that within the time frame if other users also don’t kick the intended id, s/he will survive the kick and will be safe for some time.

So, this is when I went on looking for software that would make sure that intended person is kicked because it’s not only about the time but also you credit gets deducted with start of a kick. Anyways after much search I found a software that would solve this problem. POKEA was just what I needed. With it I could login from multiple ids and then enter the chatrooms in a sec and do mass flooding. Also I could target an id and kick it in a second using my logged in ids. I was very satisfied with this software but I didn’t know that I had fallen into a trap. Next day when I tried to login in mig33, it said my password was invalid. Same was the answer to all my other ids. I hadn’t given my password to anyone and before I used this software this had never happened to me. It was a shock that the passwords of my 20 mig33 ids were changed. Then I realized that this POKEA developer must have injected some code in the program that my password must have been saved to their database and then it was just a matter of time they comfortably changed my password to whatever they wanted. Thank god that mig33 has that feature of sending the password to the mobile no. and also I had the same number till now to revive the password. Also the password of other ids were had been changed to the same password, so I could change the passwords and revive my ids else it would have been a disaster for me. They could have done anything with my ids and even could have created misunderstandings between me and my buddies.

So, what everyone should understand is that before downloading free softwares and using them one should beware of the consequences it could bring. They may be spreading virus or even leaking your precious data.

Now this is one of the benefits of having a tech blog. I got a mail few days ago from Uniblue.com about the release of their new product DriverScanner 2009. They sent me the mail via my contact address in my blog. Well, the benefit that I was talking about is that they have sent me the link to download a review copy of this software and the cool thing is that they have also given me the serial key for the software. I guess they wanted me to have the full functionality of the software which I am.

DriverScanner indeed is a cool software, one of its kinds. Once installed it scans your PC’s drivers and checks them against the library of the latest drivers at Uniblue to give you a full list of those that need to be updated and then it will install each update on your PC and also backup all your drivers to an external device, meaning that the next time you reinstall your system you can load up all your latest drivers, from the back up.

Outdated drivers can cause serious problem like hardware crashing and even failure of the system in the worst case. So, you need to have updated drivers and instead of manually searching for each and every driver yourself DriverScanner gives you an easy option. I got the free review copy for myself but I don’t think everyone is lucky as me. Still, Uniblue is giving a big discount on DriverScanner 2009 and lowered the price from $39.95 to $29.95. So, grab it for cheap as soon as possible. If you want a free trial then here is the link http://download.uniblue.com/support/ds/latest/driverscanner.exe.
